When enabled, the first player to empty their hand earns +10 votes toward their final score.

Sacrifice hand cards worth equal or greater votes to eliminate a Senator from an opponent's tableau. Use during your play phase.

The Senate Gate Rule: open with one or more Senators from the same legion. After that, any further Senator play must be two or more Senators from a single legion.
